Our Return & Exchange Promise

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your package. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our One-piece Dresses, Jumper Skirts, Headdresses, and other lovely goods.

Please Note: To protect the integrity of our special collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Limited time/pre-order items
  • Headdresses (Due to their delicate nature and for hygiene reasons)
  • Pannier Drawers (For hygiene reasons)
  • Any item that is not in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

The Enchanting Process: How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and any free gifts that arrived with it. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Ship It Back: Once your return is authorized, mail the package to our address at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (processing takes approximately 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timing & Method

After we approve your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we have received and approved the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., your Visa, MasterCard, JCB card, or PayPal account). Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If you selected an exchange, we will process the new order for shipment once the return is approved.
