Jumper skirt with high waist and decorative summarys for a classical chest opening. With seam pockets on both sides. Comes with two large and small ribbons (the large one can be attached to the shoulder strap behind the neck, and the small one can be used as a hair accessory).

Gray brown, gray blue,navy, and green are striped, and red,  and pastel blue are plain.

The halter neck type shoulder straps can be removed, so you can wear it as a skirt. In addition, the ribbon on the back of the neck of the shoulder strap is removable, so you can wear it even if you remove it when putting on an outerwear.

We recommend pairing it with a ribbon-tie blouse with a stand collar for an elegant lady-like outfit.
